    This isn't broken and it works as it should be. Our game checks very carefully if these players are real and if you have invited them. Also the may reason may that your friends have logined from one computer or using one IP.

    We know about this bug (if it is possible to name it as bug). We have checked this by ourselves and haven't found bug in here. Seems like problem happens not with each player. We still trying to collect as much more possible info about this bug to find out from where it begins and how to solve it.

    We can not check the reason of ban without knowing player's Facebook ID or Role ID. We can't find this Facebook ID, from which this player has created topic, in our base.

    We want to make our game good and comfortable, that's why we need your help. 

    We need Support Managers. And this is a responsible and important job.

    Conditions for our future helpers:

    1. Responsibility, impartiality, adequacy;

    2. Be polite with players in every situation;

    2. You have to be at least 16 years old;

    3. You should be online about 3 hours a day;

    4. Desire to help players;

    5. Knowledge of english;

    6. Knowledge of important game moments;

    7. You should have Skype to communicate with you. 

    8. Basic knowledge of support manager's work.

     

    Application example:

    1. Your nickname in the game

    2. Your browser MMO RPG game experience

    3. Main server, that you play on, and additional servers

    4. Why do you want to be Support Manager

    5. A little info about yourself, what do you do, what do you like and etc.

    6. Approximate time of day in which you can monitor game chats

    7. Your nickname in Skype

    8. Your Gmail address (others won't do)

     

    If your application is suitable we'll contact you by e-mail.

    For this work you'll get ingame rewards. 

    For spam you'll get warning. At repeated violation - Ban at forum and community.

    We don't have your Facebook ID in our ticket history at all, so you have never contacted with our technical support through game support tab.

    Please, contact with our technical support, using game support tab. On forum you can recieve answer faster from other players than from technical support. We need full screen screenshots any way, because we need to contact with our developers team to let them know about such bug and we need to show them where problem takes its place.

    We in technical support work in here with lots of users and lots of information. We don't have much time for reading lots of texts or remembering from where player have cutted screenshot. We need as much more information and as clear it will be - the better we will work with this or another problem, so the faster solution will be found. This bug is not critical, but we will notify our developers team right now about this problem, so they could fix it as fast as possible.
